Lottery players across Tennessee are checking their tickets following the conclusion of the Saturday, Sept. 12, 2026 drawings. The Tennessee Lottery announced the winning selections for a full slate of multi-state and state-level draw games, providing participants throughout the region another opportunity to claim substantial cash prizes.
Headlining the evening's events, the multi-state Powerball drawing generated the winning combination of 14, 16, 23, 58, and 69. The red Powerball number drawn for the session was 03, accompanied by a Power Play multiplier of 2. Ticket holders participating in this widely played national game are encouraged to match their selections against these certified results.
In addition to the primary Powerball drawing, the Powerball Double Play results were also made official for Saturday night. The winning sequence for the Double Play feature consisted of 21, 24, 32, 48, and 51, with a designated Powerball of 12. This supplementary feature allows players an additional chance to match winning numbers using their original ticket selections.
The multi-state Lotto America game also held its scheduled drawing on Sept. 12. The winning numbers determined for this contest were 02, 08, 15, 43, and 52. The Star Ball for the drawing was 09, while the All-Star Bonus (ASB) multiplier was drawn as 02, impacting non-jackpot prize values for participating ticketholders.
Tennessee-specific jackpot drawings held on the same date yielded winning selections for players participating in regional favorites. The Daily Tennessee Jackpot produced the winning sequence of 05, 08, 28, 30, and 35. Concurrently, the Millionaire for Life drawing finalized its winning numbers as 02, 13, 42, 45, and 58, with a Bonus number of 02.

With the latest figures released, lottery officials have outlined the necessary guidelines for winners preparing to collect their payouts. Any licensed Tennessee Lottery retailer is authorized to process and redeem winning tickets for prize amounts up to $599, offering immediate redemption for smaller-tier winners across the state.
For prizes exceeding the $599 threshold, winners must follow formal verification procedures either by mail or through an in-person visit to an authorized lottery facility. Players claiming these higher-tier amounts are required to provide a properly completed winner claim form, the physical winning ticket, a valid copy of a government-issued photo identification card, and official proof of their Social Security number.
When choosing the postal redemption route, claimants should send their completed documentation packet to P.O. Box 290636, Nashville, TN 37229. While prizes below $600 submitted by mail do not strictly require a formal claim form, lottery administrators advise all players to include clear contact information in their correspondence to ensure prompt handling if communication becomes necessary.
Players who prefer to claim their winnings in person must sign the back of the winning ticket, complete the official claim form, and present their government-issued ID and Social Security proof at one of several regional centers. The main Tennessee Lottery Headquarters and Claim Center, located at 26 Century Blvd. in Nashville, operates from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday and is the sole facility authorized to validate and cash winning tickets of any value.
For regional convenience, three district offices are open during standard business hours from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday to redeem prizes up to $199,999. These include the Knoxville District Office at the Cedar Springs Shopping Center (9298 Kingston Pike), the Chattanooga District Office (2020 Gunbarrel Rd., Suite 106), and the Memphis District Office located in Chiles Plaza (7424 U.S. Highway 64, Suite 104).
